Rocio E. Hernandez
Rocio E. Hernandez was licensed to practice law in May of 2009 and has been practicing family law and criminal defense at Rodriguez & Gimbert since that time. Rocio completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in 2005 and briefly travelled out of state to earn her law degree at Notre Dame Law School in 2008.
Rocio’s internships have taken her to various counties within the Lone Star State. She first became interested in family law while completing an internship at family law firm Collins & Basinger in Dallas, Texas. She then interned for the Honorable Brian L. Owsley in Corpus Christi, where she learned how criminal and civil matters are analyzed on the Judge’s side of the bench. Her most recent internship at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas further enhanced her knowledge and expertise in handling family law cases.
Rocio resides in College Station but her practice extends to Burleson, Robertson, Grimes and Madison counties. Her interests include cooking, jogging to raise money for various charities, painting in oils and acrylics, and travelling.
